This tropical aqua park is a great day out no matter what the weather outside. Inside you’ll find water slides, rides, flumes and a huge wave pool. Go during the week if you can as this is when the park is at its quietest.

Trentham Estate

There’s so much to do here from walking around the beautiful gardens to meeting Barbary macaques in the Monkey Forest. There’s also a range of cafés and shops including a large garden centre. If you and your date simply fancy a walk and a casual perusal of the shops, that’s fine. But if you fancy something a bit more exciting, why not try the aerial adventure. The courses range from three metres high up to 14 metres. You’re connected by an overhead safety line and there’s no real skill involved. It’s great for anyone who loves to get their adrenaline pumping and will give you and your date something to talk about for years to come (hopefully!).
